FAQ: 

What’s included in your trial membership? We have 4 trial membership options. Your choices are between signing up for 2 or 4 personal training sessions and if you would like to add on a nutrition consultation. Our base trial option is $99 which comes with 2 personal training sessions and unlimited access to our group classes. All trial memberships last 30 days and come with a personalized movement assessment and an individualized personal training program based on your goals.

Do you have recurring membership options after the trial? Yes! Please contact us to learn more.

Can I sign my child up for your Youth Athletics program? Absolutely. Please sign up for a youth assessment here at either of our locations. More info on our Youth Athletics program can be found at seattlesp.com/YA.

What should I expect during the assessment?
During the first half of the assessment, we’ll introduce you to SSP, discuss your health history and goals, and see if we’re a fit for what you’re looking for! If not, no worries, and no obligation. If we do seem like a good fit, then during the second half of the assessment, we’ll sign you up for one of our trial memberships, do a functional movement assessment, and sign you up for your first session so we can get you started!

What if none of the available assessment times work with my schedule? 
Please send us a note on our contact us page and we will be happy to try and find an alternative time to have you come in!

Is there more info on the Nutrition Consultation?
Yes! During the 30-minute consultation, which includes an in-depth InBody Composition scan (showing a breakdown of muscle mass and body fat %), your estimated caloric needs and expenditure, you will have an open forum to ask our nutrition certified coaches your most pressing questions!
