2-for-2 Fall Program Launch!

We’re excited to announce the launch of a new program we’re calling 2-for-2! Since the start of our nutrition coaching program (SSPLN), we’ve seen our members drive such positive changes in their body composition, and it inspired us to create a 30-day program we know will drive results. The goal is to replace 2% body fat with 2lbs of lean muscle mass!

How does it work? September 22nd – October 8th, we’re inviting anyone that would like to alter their body composition to join the program (you’ll mostly be working as an individual, but we’ll have some fun team interactions along the way!). The program will last 30 days for each person.

In the first week, we’re going to take a body composition scan ($30 value) which will serve as your baseline for the next 30 days. We’ll then take another one at the end to see what’s changed (we’re shooting for 2lbs of muscle gain and a 2% body fat drop). *This is not a weight loss challenge- in fact, your weight may stay the same. We’re focused on changing your body composition here.*

How do I enroll? Email or talk to one of your coaches to get started. We’re offering a special $189 trial membership for 30 days which includes everything our current trial includes, plus the two body composition scans and nutrition guidance!  

What are the program details? Everyone will receive individual protein & calorie goals based on their InBody Scale readings. Your goal will be to hit those targets for the next month (a weekly average of those goals is fine!). We will also assign you a per week target number of visits for classes and/or personal training. In addition, we’ll do a mid-point check in with everyone to see how they are doing and make any small tweaks if necessary.
