I first came to Seattle Strength and Performance last March wanting to tone up for my upcoming wedding, thinking it would be a three-month endeavor and I would continue thereafter on my regular workout routine. To my surprise, I not only toned up, but I have never felt better physically. I have been spinning for the last two years and this summer was the first time I could attack a hill without having an asthma attack.
I also just went on a backpacking trip to the enchantments and the day before I was having a lot of back pain, so I went in to see the team. As well as not having any problems with my back, I attribute my ability to stay ahead of my group, without needing breaks, to my workouts at SSP. It has been a month after the wedding and I can’t imagine going back to my old workout routine. I will continue to maintain what I’ve accomplished and work to achieve my next physical goal! – Carly B-V

Jay, Jaison, and Amber are friendly, attentive, encouraging, and challenging – they help you set goals, develop a plan, guide you through the routines, and monitor your progress.
