Our Endurance program will help you:
•    Increase your endurance and fine-tune your mechanics for the water, on your bike, or by foot.
•    Decrease the potential for injury and recover faster
•    Develop the power, strength, stability and flexibility necessary for all endurance sports
•    Learn nutritional strategies to fuel your body for optimum competition performance.
Program Includes:
•    Functional Movement Screen evaluation
•    Endurance program designed specifically for you and your endurance competition goals.
•    2 personal training sessions per week for 3 months (24 Sessions)
•    Nutritional coaching sessions to help you become lean and more efficient to boost performance
•    Cost: $599 (introductory rate for new members)
