Membership Forms: If you need to pause your membership, make up a missed PT session, upgrade/downgrade your membership or cancel your membership, you can find the corresponding form HERE on our member webpage. If you have any questions, please reach out to the Ops team at [email protected].

Anonymous Feedback Form: THIS form is a place for members to submit anonymous feedback or concerns about their membership, coaching, training, facilities, etc. There is an option to add your name at the end *IF* you would like management to follow up with you about your concerns. If you wish to remain anonymous you may skip that section.

Inbody Scans: If you’re interested in understanding your body composition, including your current skeletal muscle mass, body fat %, and BMR, talk to one of your coaches or email [email protected] or [email protected] to schedule a scan! Each individual scan is $35, but they are also sold in packs of 2 for $60 or 4 for $100, and included in a nutrition consultation!

SSP Recovery: Come chill out and use our suite of recovery equipment, including our Normatecs and Hyperice recovery tools. These are available at our Phinney location and you can book a slot in Zenplanner. Each individual session is $35, but they’re also sold in packs of 2 for $60 and 4 for $100! SSP DIY Programs: Our DEADLIFT, BENCH, SQUAT, CONDITIONING, and CONDITIONING-AT HOME programs are all available now for $129 which is a one-time payment for access to the entire 12-week program.
