Testimonials
SSP is the first gym I’ve been to where I have felt truly safe and welcome. I come as I am and I don’t feel like I’m wearing the wrong thing or I’m too old or too big to be here. I have made faster and more impressive gains in strength and confidence here than anywhere else. The coaches really know, I mean KNOW, their stuff and are always able to provide accommodations and are quick with encouragement. I am so thrilled to have found this small but mighty gym.
I was so sick of working out when I decided to give SSP a try. Personalized strength training was completely new to me, and I was hopeful that a more intimate gym would help inspire me again. I was right! I felt welcomed at SSP from the first days of joining. My relationship with exercise is fun again. I feel pushed and supported by the coaches and I am surprising myself with what I have accomplished in the eight months I’ve been a member. The community is so cheerful, empowering, and a little silly. Watching others meet and exceed goals encourages me to work hard and do the same. I am so happy to have found SSP and a way to bring joy back into fitness
